Hello Everyone. This month this account turned 8 years older. The content I make and share here may have changed but the love for art is still the same. And now it's time to share my fanart this month from Hell's Paradise anime.
2 months ago, I finally binge-watched this anime that has been in my watchlist for a long time and luckily, Season 2 just ended. What sucks tho is the cliffhanger and there's no announcement for Season 3 but still hoping for Mappa to adapt the final chapters.🤞
I like how the anime started, it established how powerful already the protag is, and introducing other characters after a few episodes and them venturing to the unknown while competing on each other made the story more interesting.
The character that I drew for this month's fanart is Yamada Asaemon Sagiri or just Sagiri. She is a member of the Yamada family/clan, a sword tester and executioner which is why she has the title the Yamada Asaemon. She is the one who made the protag feel death after several failed execution. Given the title, her personality is quite the opposite. At first she has this stoic and nonchalant vibe but as the story progress, it shows that she's full of emotions, a kind heart, very caring, and compassionate which made her more cool aside from her sword skills. Definitely one of my fave character in the series.
P R O C E S S
I finalized the drawing. I changed the mouth cause I had a hard time getting it right so I simplified it. I also changed the position of the ribbons. And lastly I added some highlights on the hair and a blush on her cheeks.
From sketch to the final piece looks different. I like the sketch on it's own though. I finished this artwork much faster this time, around 7 Hours which I'm suprised because of the flowers I added. Overall, I'm satisfied of the outcome and capture her sadness.
