Hello steemians! Gladly I'm back here in Iligan and of course, pasalobong should not be forgotten. I have here Calamay, wish is the famous delicacy in Bohol. 'Calamay' is made from the coconut milk, sugar, and grind gluten rice, with peanuts toppings. Proud to say, that the boholanians are also creative. They put the calamy inside the coconut shell, so that it is more attractive to the buyers and putting also in plastic container. This design is more lighter to the buyer because it is handy. But for me, the coconut is still the best because it is more attractive and memorable for your trip.
You can also eat the Delicious Calamay through spreading it to bread, biscuits or what ever foods you wanted to pair. It has enough sweetness for your savoury, and if you buy it, it's really worth it.
Now, I also bought Buko Pie from Bohol. It's my first time to buy buko pie that made from bohol. When I taste it, it also yummy.
