After seeing coinmarketcap.com Steem price on Bittrex is $1.19 and on Poloniex is $1.01 with a difference of $0.18. That's why because Poloniex has almost all the time the wallet under maintenance or experiencing network issues.
On livecoin the price is $1.17 but the volume is much lower.
I am still expecting Steem to reach at least $4.
