Hi there, I'm My'O. When I was ready to leave my Mummy, I was adopted by a boy who felt sad and I was excited to make him happy. He gave me my name and talked to me all the way back to his house. I didn't like the car ride very much but thankfully it was a short one, and he kept me in a box so I wouldn't be too scared.
When I arrived at his house, I met his sister's cat. He didn't look very happy to see me and stared at me suspiciously. The first few days he hissed at me all the time though I tried to be his friend.
I wanted to wrestle with him, but he hissed at me. Even my cute face and begging didn't work.
I tried to give him a high five but he hissed some more and swiped at me.
I tried to play catch but he hissed even more and climbed high so I couldn't get anywhere close to him.
After many, many, many days, he stopped hissing, though he still didn't like me coming close to him but we could hang out in the same room. The boy, his sister and the family were happy that we were going to be alright.
And just when I thought everything could only get better a neighbour accused me of entering his house, which could not be true coz he lived on the first floor and I couldn't climb that high. Not yet! I was still learning from Black Cat how to, he is a really good climber.
However, the management gave notice to the boy warning him of calling the authorities to take me away and they even had a picture of me lying by the pool. They told him that I had ripped the neighbour's curtains. They told him they had to keep me indoors and not allow me out. But lying by the pool does not mean I tore the man's curtains right?
After many discussions with his parents and not wanting the authorities to take me away, the boy gave me to his friend and here I stay today. But that's okay, my now hooman loves me very much and now I am a man-cat. I wonder if went back to visit, would Black Cat start hissing at me again...
