So this marks my 6th day on the Plank Challenge. I may be feeling a little bit tighter around my midriff. Or it could be feeling that I need to justify the challenge.
Either way, if you are on the Challenge, would love to hear if you notice a difference from before you started the challenge. And far along in the challenge are you? And is this something you would do beyond the 30 days and make it part of your daily routine?
