I found this plastered to the bathroom wall at the Barnes & Noble in my hometown.
On the sticker are the words: “millennial thieves” and “how do you figure?”
I don’t know if this is one, unified message, or if two different individuals wrote these messages at different times.
In the latter scenario, it could be that someone is criticizing users of Bitcoin as young, “millennial thieves,” and a second writer is responding with “how do you figure” in search of the rationale behind such an accusatory claim.
In the former scenario, it could be some catchphrase, the meaning and origin of which I’m not familiar with. Maybe being a “millennial thief” is a good thing in the mind of the messenger. I kind of like the ring of it.
Could it be that, when those in power are crooks, the only righteous course of action is to become a “thief?”
And when “money” can be printed ad infinitum, so it has no sound value, sound money is viewed as “stealing” by the crooks?
I think so.
Speaking of crypto-loving Millenials (technically I am one, though an older one, to be sure) I got my Christmas present from today! Big up to
for the sick swag! Feelin’ so fly.
Well, what do you think the words on the sticker in mean? Lemme know in the comments!
Peace!
