While I see your point I disagree, job interviews are supposed to be a test of merit and ability to see if you are fit for the job, Equality is a fallacy in most cases, some will be better suited for a job than you, and you will be better suited that someone else, We aren't inherently equal, Natural Hierarchy exists.
