Open Broadcast Software is an open-source streaming program which provide an opportunity to users to stream their screen to audiences on various platforms. Mostly people are streaming Games via this program. As using this program you can also syncronize your aux/mic thus audiences may hear you.
Proposal
My suggestion is; there will be a button and as using that you'll be able to active dictate. Function will perceive the sound automatically and then convey it into bottom of the screen like subtitles. Thus, people who are not very good at English or -any other language- will be able to follow the stream as well.

Benefits
As everyone knows, there is a big platform to streaming that named twitch.tv and most popular streamers generally talking English while streaming. As adding this feature to Open Broadcast Software, people who are not very good at English will be able to follow the stream as well. It'll be like watching a movie with subtitles.
