My last entry for this contest is about a snack Mumbai is known for all over India - it's called Wada Pav.
When I hadn't moved to India, this was something I tried having everyday, every time I was in Mumbai. Now, I don't that often but it still my go-to street food for a snack.
I went to a local stall near my office.
At any stall, they are made live in front of you and keep coming fresh.
Just to explain what it is, its mashed and spicy potatoes dipped in gram flour batter, then deep fried. it's placed in a white flour bun and comes with 2 chutneys - sweet and spicy and a gunpowder spice.
You have it with these fried chillies.
It's a great snack, easily everyone's favourite. there could be several people making a living selling these. the condiments balance each other quite well. And it's tastes awesome. I mean it's potatoes and white bread. what's not to like
