In our acroyoga community back in Sacramento, we love to express ourselves in the forms of music, dance, movement and art. I loved the way this video turned out, with Johnathan's amazing guitarist skills, and my love for movement. I also love that we are on a road, which is symbolic of our lives. I really believe that life is just one big journey with good days and some bad (but mostly good), with lots of life lessons to learn and amazing friendships to be made along the way. Where are we all going in life? Who really knows, but that's all a part of the fun!
