Porto is of course known for its Porto, but it conceals other nice surprises.
I have already published a few photos taken in phone booths converted into a piece of art, but these were not the only works of art to be found in the Portuguese city.
There is an artist from the city who sprinkles his works all over the place, for the pleasure of our eyes.
A monotonous electrical panel is replaced by a work of art.
Even letterboxes are not spared.
An old concrete wall looks so much nicer with a little color and humour.
There are of course other artists who contribute to the embellissement of the city.
A character a little sadder, but still interesting.
An abandoned building, no problem, we cover it all up with a toothless character.
And what about those little guys.
I must say that if I had not seen this beautiful little green guy, I would surely have injured my foot on one of these balls on the sidewalk.
Lets proudly supports the local team.
I really like when a city invests in street artists, I find that it adds a charm to the city and it gives great visibility to quality artists who would remain in the shadows.
