I must say that I love doing this kind of work, as the composition isn't very complex, and you can make it with any scrap of fabric. That's how I started and began to love sewing, making small hair accessories. To create them, I did some research on the Coquette fashion trend and why it's called that. It turns out that this fashion trend is based on a romantic and eccentric look, reminiscent of the popular style in the series Bridgerton. A very feminine, elegant, and sophisticated style. Pearls and ribbons are the main accessories, along with neatly styled hair and simple updos with embellishments. Having a general idea of this style, I used the Pinterest app to find many ideas for my project. I was ultimately inspired by these beautiful ideas:
Debo decir que amo hacer este tipo de trabajos, pues su composición no es muy compleja, y con cualquier retacito de tela se puede desarrollar. Asi fue como emprendi y comence a amar la costura, con pequeños accesorios para el cabello.
Para su elaboración indague un poco acerca de la moda Coquette y del porque recibia este nombre. Resulta que esta tendencia de moda basada en un aspecto romántico y excéntrico, que recuerda a la moda tan popular de la serie Los Bridgerton. Un estilo muy femenino, elegante y sofisticado. Con perlas y lazos como complementos principales, el pelo bien peinado y recogidos sencillos con accesorios.
Ya teniendo una noción de dicha moda, busque con ayuda de la app Pinterest muchas ideas para llevar a cabo mi proyecto.

Procedure:
1st step:
I started by dividing the pieces of my Scrunchies into several parts. I got a ribbon approximately 60cm long and 10cm wide for the plush, a rectangle of my choice for the bow, two smaller ones of the same length for the tulips, and one to attach the bow to the plush.

2nd step:
Once each piece was cut out, I began sewing the rectangle for the bow. I ran a straight stitch along the entire edge, leaving a finger's width unsewn to turn it right side out later.
Next, I took the tulip ribbons, the bow tie, and the felt, and sewed a seam along the side. Then I turned it right side out, leaving a sort of fabric tube.
2do paso:
Una vez recortada cada pieza, comence cosiendo el rectángulo para el lazo. Pasando una punta recta por todo el contorno y dejando 1 dedo sin coser para voltearlo luego al derecho
Seguido tome los listones de los tulipanes, sujeta lazo, la felpa y pase una costura por el lateral, luego la voltee al derecho, quedando una especie de tubos de tela.
Step 3:
Then, using a pin, I attached the elastic to the larger, longer tube. Because it was small, it gave it a fuller, gathered effect. I tidied the two ends, tucking in all the frayed parts, and sewed a straight stitch, completing the first part of my scrunchie.
For the tulips, I joined the two ends separately, creating two squares.
3er paso:
Luego con ayuda de un alfiler le coloque el elastico por el tubo mas grande y largo. Al ser pequeño, lograba darle un efecto mas abultado y fruncido. ordene las dos puntas, metiendo toda la parte que se deshila por dentro y pase una costura recta, quedando lista la 1ra parte de mi scrunchie.
Para los tulipanes uni por las dos puntas por separado, obteniendo dos cuadrados.
4th step:
I gathered the ribbon by hand little by little; this process can also be done with a hand needle for added firmness.
Once gathered, I attached the small ribbon to the plush fabric, concealing the seam allowance.
Finally, for the tulips, I placed them from the bottom up on top of the green ribbon, gathered them by hand, and secured them with a stitch, reinforcing it two or three times to ensure they wouldn't come undone. I turned it right side out and stuffed it.
4to paso:
El lazo lo fui rizando con la mano poco a poco, este proceso tambien se puede hacer con una aguja de mano, para que quede mas firme.
Una vez fruncido, le coloque el pequeño liston uniendolo asi a la felpa, de manera tal que el margen de costura quedara oculta.
Y finalmente para los tulipanes, los coloque de abajo hacia arriba encima del liston verde, los frunci a mano y pase una puntada. rematando dos o tres veces, asegurándome asi que no se suelte. La voltee hacia el otro lado y le meti relleno,
