This is very interesting honestly is it possible that no one wouldn't in any way have a planned out goal for hive to be honest i myself I've been looking forward to that and i am glad that we all selected good and laying down our plans for our hives for 2023 on the hive is just the perfect thing to do because it will serve as a journal for us to be able to remember our goals.

If I was asked to answer this in a verbal form trust me I'll have a lot to say that i might not even write it down here be i will definitely tell everyone my goal for hive in 2023 and what i intend to achieve by its end which is 2023 December 31st I will outline them out in my next paragraph.
𝐌𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑
Constant Posting:- I plan too post consistently from 2023 and that i do in 2022 but i realized I'm having pauses in that but I really want 2023 to be absolutely unlike posting consistent as an author is good for the growth of the HP. I also know it makes the author a potential future writer because it's consistency that brings results.
Engagements:- Once it's 2023 i want to engage more hivians so as to get my visibility up and also running but the main purpose too is to also support some good and great contents here written by our fine authors in the hive platform. I want too engage more because it also allows me to meet potential friends on hive and stake holders.
No Vote Begging:- I know this will shock many of us like what is he saying but this is it i don't do it vote begging but it keeps getting tougher if you agree with me and what do i mean getting tougher I'll post sometimes and i don't get enough vote or sometimes i don't get any and it could lead to vote begging which i don't plan doing but i just wanted to use it as a means of motivation to my fellow hivians out there facing same thing.
Making New Friends:- I think this is natural for me to say but i do have plans on having friends on hive because truth be said we need friends here and i do need it because most times they are the one's who encourage us and also make it worth it being here i was almost going to give up on hive, I just began then but i got people who were able to talk me off it even without knowing but all the thanks goes to them. 
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑
I have a lot i want to achieve just by the end of 2023 but i will only spill out some because the some i am about to spill out are just the real things I want to achieve just before the year 2023 ends.
Hive Power:- My hive power i intend to achieve more HP just before the year 2023 will end. I'll love to be at 300+ HP by the end of 2023 as it clearly shows that I am in 164.662HP i want to really achieve a 300+ by the end of the year 2023.
Reputation:- My reputation is another thing i am actually trying to achieve by the end of the year 2023 as we can see i got 62 just by the ending of 2023 next year i want to get to a 70 reputation. If God is so gracious to me i want it to be so for my reputation.
Friends:- These is very very crucial i need to make legit friend on the hive Blockchain. I want to get to 2,000 friends by the end of next year 2023 and as you clearly see on my screen shot i got a 54 followers presently and looking forward to next year.
