How I did REALLY well my first week on Steem

Short & sweet here, folks. But worth sharing!

I have a reward count that still has me blinking in disbelief now. (I know it will fluctuate a bit and that the payouts will be divided up as well, but still! I didn't dream of hitting that so quickly! I remember my first day I was super excited to make 60 cents, lol. I texted my mom about it.)

Here is how I ended up doing pretty dang well my first week here:

1. I put into the practice the very true reality that I like people and like interacting in an authentic way.
2. I hustled and got right to work posting articles and bits of my music and writing, as well as commenting on others' posts and starting real conversations.
3. I focused on making the best content I could, and being honest and clear about what I care about.
4. The hard fork happened..
5. PEOPLE ON STEEM ARE AMAZING AND SUPPORTIVE AND HAVE HELD ME UP IN WAYS INCOMPARABLE TO ANYTHING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.*

*note the obnoxious and emphatic all caps
