Greetings everyone hope we are all enjoying the beautiful weather of the atmosphere.

It really a privilege writing on the topic today on salaries and earnings because this is one of the important things that really needs to be discussed.
Although telling someone your salary seems to be like what i will call see finish because sometimes the salaries in some jobs or some services don't really help out .some of the salaries is really a discouraging to some certain jobs.
Yeah there are some works in which one will feel very bad and discouraged if the salaries is been posted online .
Salaries or wages is one thing that motivates people alot in some of the work they do but imagine one working where the salary is not worth the work or service been rendered it will be a very big source of discouragement to you and also the next person that would have wanted to join.
Salary over here
Over here in the recent place I'm living currently now there are some works in which when you see the salary you will be very embarrassed and that discouragement will hit you immediately.
Motivation is a key to move things and putting efforts in doing things but if that motivation is not there some people might lose interest in that in which the are doing.
Is just like nursing payments in some of the states over here ,is really nothing to write home about .
After all the stress in the ward from month to month the salary will just be nothing to write home about.
Imagine after wasting a lot of money in nursing school or medical school with the whole stress passed through during the process.
Nursing is one typical example of profession in which if the allowance and salary is posted online it will bring alot of discouragement to people who is having the zeal to join the profession.
Unless you have the passion for the profession but sometimes the wages is still a source of motivation that keep the work going .
Passion is really good because it is one thing that no matter how tough something gets it will still make you to endure and Keep pushing.
Passion brings about love over something and having interest in something and that is why it makes one to keep pushing because when that passion is there the person will love what he or she is doing but when the passion is not there some things will be done anyhow .
In conclusion:
open publication of salary will not really help it will only bring discouragement to some things, though this is my own opinion because i know some will still like it yes because it can still save as a kind of motivation to them.
