On the waterfront

This photo is for Hive account@juliank's Tuesday #cityscapephotography photo contest. This photo shows a part of the waterfront in Victoria, BC. I used a moderate telephoto lens to create some compression and fill the image edge to edge.

One of the things which caught my eye is the painted sign at the top of the image: Cartage - Heaney's - Storage "Careful Since 1890"... we don't want to ask what happened in 1889... apparently, someone was not careful enough? :)
