I have some things that I should get to but it's a Friday and I just can't get motivated. My music always motivates me but today it just got me moving around but didn't get me in a work Groove.
I didn't do anything special today. I do go up and down my stairs 20 or 30 times a day, with my phone in my hand, so that helps my number a bit.
And I always have music going. I'm basically a rocker but here's a country song that I really like. It's called Kerosene by Miranda Lambert. It has a drum beat that really moves me!
