Hello all CCH community friends
My greetings to all who are here, I pray that you will always be given good health and your sustenance will be smooth wherever you are.
After reading the news written by Mr. about the contest, I felt happy and immediately took part in participating in it.
On this occasion I will share my lunch today, I happened to buy it at the IAIN lhokseumawe campus canteen, namely gepuk chicken, actually this food just looks ordinary, white rice mixed with fried chicken, fried tempeh, and fried eggplant.
In addition, a sweet soy sauce tool and also a sachet of processed spicy soy sauce mixed with chilies, two cucumber slices and small cabbage leaf slices, with this kind of equipment, the taste will be even more delicious.
Because there are so many enthusiasts in Indonesia, for now, Gepuk chicken is very easy to get anywhere. I also got it at a fairly cheap price of 10,000/portion but that's for urban areas, while rural areas are usually sold for 8000/portion.
These chicken kepruk sellers mostly only open for one time, namely during the day, apart from that it is likely to be a little difficult to get, because we have to go to a big city to buy it.
Then why is it called gepuk chicken, I don't think this chicken is crushed like the one in geprek chicken rice but only beaten or pounded using a stone or pulverized until it is flat like chicken penyet.
Maybe because of this process they call it gepuk chicken, for it tastes very good with a combination of savory and crunchy fried chicken, it will give satisfaction to every connoisseur.
This is what I can share today in the "CCH Community Photography Contest *7" contest. Hopefully this makes you happy reading it, thanks also to , admin, curators, moderators who continue to support us in working on this amazing hive platform.
