The last point was actually a positive, I only signed up to twitter to get in on an airdrop, I felt like a corporate whore just logging in to that place.

So as it stands now Cryptopia will happily let anyone make a deposit of BTC and a few other blue chip coins and allow you to trade as normal but if you buy something other than those few coins they will not allow you withdraw your coins. There are no obvious messages informing customers of this and even digging through their Q&A seems to make no mention of this. If you put in a support ticket asking about withdrawals you'll receive a generic answer about deposits.
