Hi guys,
I'm lately hearing great things about BitBay. I just wanted to start a small discussion here about BitBay and its potential for the next years. I'm not biased myself and have not invested yet.
I'm very curious about your opinions cause it seems like a very great tech to me. They are still a very small coin (#77 on coinmarketcap.com) but seem to have enormous potential for the future, especially when reading their website and future development plans (www.bitbay.market). I personally think it's great that they are one of few coins which already have a fully working program and decentralized marketplace on which their coin is based. It's not a hype or pumped up shitcoin, it already can create value for society at this moment, while making profit and sustaining their business. Below is a picture of the features they already have developed in their program and features that they are currently developing and hope to finish by the end of the year.
Compared to SysCoin - which has a marketcap that's 4 times higher - it really seems that they already have the better technology. When they will be able to develop the rolling peg features, making them less vulnerable to price fluctuations while still allowing the price to climb, I really see great potential for BitBay since they would be the first coin to implement this feature.
Currently they only have 1 developer, which is maybe a bit of a disadvantage at the moment, but they are planning to upgrade this number when the core of the program is fully developed. They also have established a full marketing team 3 weeks ago, which can only positively influence the current price I think.
This video also convinced me to start this discussion:
What do you guys think? Are we seeing a massive, sleeping giant here or am I missing out on things?
