Judging from the stories of successful people all around the world. There are two factors or qualities that stands out in all they do, this qualities stands above their age, family background, experience and even starting capital.
- passion for the idea behind their business ventures and
- the determination to find a way through, no matter the challenges they encountered.
There are other factors but I would deliberate on the above two first.
Starting up a business with the sole aim of making fortune would leave you so frustrated when things turns out bad. Going through a new ventures there is a possibility of it failing.
Most business at first needs so much of improvement in in order for to make it first gain.. Passion for the idea behind the business is what sustain you. Sometimes what you need is more than passion but rather a consuming passion to keep on. There are times of trial and error and this time forms your experience that helps you achieved your aim in the business.
Is important to note that most successful business out there were founded by people who were passionate about their product
Education .
This is obvious. Because you can't trend neither would you be successful if you are not educated in the area of your interest. Even before you start and when you have already started. For example I want to try something new which might be developing softwares, or some business venture I need to have adequate knowledge on this area and for this reason I have to study, make my findings, Learn and investment in myself as much as I can.Giving people what they want.
Firstly you started a business venture because of a need. You saw a need and you are trying to meet so you stay in this. update yourself with the demands and need of you're customers. Is funny how well established firms can't keep to this simple principle.
