Today Okex exchange found some loophole and checked it with Slow Mist cybersecurity technology company and found some issues.

OkEX is safe from the issue but other places not may be so should check.

I personally trade there REN mostly which is not top10, but this was one of the top volume exchanges before all the China drama.
