MONDAY MORNING IS ALWAYS REFRESHING I WELCOME IT WITH MY ALL GRACE AND THANKED GOD FOR GIVING ME CHANCE FOR LIVING THIS DAY.
I left my bed today bit late I don't why what happened my eyes opened at 7:14 too late for my daily routine it was so late that didn't my workout I just jump off my bed and went straight to bathroom I fresh up, took bath and got ready for work around 8:15 and had my usual sprouts at morning and left for work. I was getting extremely late. For work I took metro of 8:30.
I was great nobody said anything to me.
After casual time a work I had lunch lunch was filled with all the basic items which are in Indian meals
After have my we played table tennis for about 40 minute this one is the fun part of our day.
I stayed at work longer then usual I left office around 6:00pm.
I was at home around 7:30
After taking rest for a while I jump for my daily workout.
- 200 around of skipping 2. 20 pushup 3. 30 shoulder press 4. 30 biceps curls 5. 30 triceps extension 6. 20 squats with weights 7. 20 lunges 8. 10 hip thrusts 9. 1:30 minutes of plank
