Truffeled Parmesan Pasta

Everybody loves Italian Food. Either you like Pizza or you like Pasta. At least the people I am meeting around the world. One dish I like very much and which is not served in many restaurants is a Parmesan pasta with Truffle

So a bit Parmesan is shaved off a whole Parmesan cheese. A bit alocohol is poored over the Parmesan and than they fire it up. The cheese melts (the alcohol burns off) and than the pasta is put into the melted Parmesan cheese. At the end they put fresh Truffle on the Pasta.
