I am using Steemit for 3weeks, a couple of hours per day. I might be addicted.. so being a power user, i came across some things which i think could be improved.
I dont know how to reach @DAN and @NED, someone suggested a slack channel, but i am not using Slack, so if you have a way to reach them, please send them my post.
So i would like to give some
1.) Followers Function (i wrote about that function Here) according to DAN it is already in testing
2.) Schedule Posts ( i like writing 1 post per day, but if i write one i sometimes prepare the post for the next day , would be great if we could set a date and time, similar to WordPress)
3.) Draft Posts (It would be great to draft Posts, so if we think about things to post we could start gathering pictures and start writing text, but finishing it later)
4.) Picture area for thumbnail (It would be great if we could chose the area of a picture which will be displayed)
5.) Twitter, Facebook or other Social Integration (I am manually posting my Steemit Posts now in other networks to get more users to join Steemit, if i could click on a Twitter icon to tweet it out, that would be great)
6.) Menu-bar improvement (It drives me nuts that i have to click on that icon on the upper right side to acess wallet etc. Everything from Blog, Post to Wallet could be placed in the centre beween the Steemig logo and Submit a story)
7.) Move the Submit a Story Button (I am clicking at least once a day on Submit a story, but i want to access my account...)
8.) Show remaining Voting Power (yes i can go to Steemd, but why not show it in Steemit?)
9.) Add a downvote button (I dont want to flag stuff, i just want to upvote or downvote)
10.) Add stories i might like (Shuffle me stories on Steemit i might like, for example based on what i liked, or who i am following, what did they vote etc.)
I am sure i missed a lot things, so please comment if you have other things you noticed. And maybe you would like to discuss some of these suggestions i made, please leave me a comment if you dont agree with them and have an open discussion
