Ingredients
- 300 g of Green leafy vegetables (Here I am using spinach, you can also use Kale of Collard Greens)
- 2 cups of Blueberries of Mixed berries
- 2-3 tbs flax, hemp or chia seeds
- 200 g of Oatmeal
- 3 cups plant milk (soy, almond, oat, rice whatever you like, soy has the most protein)
- 2 ripe bananas
Mix well using a blender.
Nutritional composition
Very rich in vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, protein, omega-3 and fiber. Low fat high carb and Vegan.
- 1396 kcal
- 59.3 g of Protein
- 229.8 g of Carbohydrates with 120% of Daily recommended Fiber
- 32.6 g of Fat (Good Healthy Fats)
- And Very Rich in Vitamins and Minerals
Supplementation
You still need to supplement with B12 and Vitamin D.
