Wow, 100 days on Steemit! It feels like it’s gone by fast, but at the same time a long journey so far. Although I still feel like a relative newbie, it can’t compare with how I was when I started. Looking back, my early posts were cringeworthy. And when I started I was literally just replying to any post I found even remotely interesting and asking people to follow and upvote me. So embarrassing!
I’ve never been a writer, but I feel like I’m slowly getting better – and hope to keep on improving!
Here are some what I feel are key accomplishments in my journey so far:
- Accumulating over 585 Steem Power to date. I slowly but surely have been posting content and curating, and of course, I have made a couple purchases of SP
- Reputation score of 49. Not too shabby
- The friendships: I’ve met some really amazing people on Steemit and the biggest catalyst for this has been finding the #steemsilvergold community. As I’ve mentioned on other posts, I don’t really have many people to talk to about economics, PMs and the risks with fiat currency. Before I would go to YouTube channels and sometimes communicate through comments, but there was always a good dose of trolls and negativity. This community is much different. We’re all supporting and encouraging each other
Next goals:
- 1000 Steem Power. I hope to get this by the end of the year
- Crack the top 5000 in Steemwhales by the end of the year
- 50 reputation score. This should be pretty easy to accomplish as I’m currently at 49
- Doing my part to continue supporting the #steemsilvergold community
- Keep progressing at writing and keep producing better and better content
Last thoughts on #steemsilvergold. I think we have something special here. Let’s all continue to help each out. The PM game is a game of patience. We need to stick with each other and continue to grow the community. There will be good times and bad times, but I think it will pay off eventually, and when it does, we’ll be able to celebrate together.
