Today was a day around the house, hobbling for a good chunk of it.
I was able to do a little laundry and cleaning the kitchen with some cooking, overall not too bad of a day for chores.
A good chunk of the activity did come from the physical therapy again. Took over an hour, a chunk on the stationary bike. Then did the normal band activities for the resistance which was good for the shoulders and the knee. Good news is the knee is getting better, bad news, after doing the PT if feels like it is going to give out.
