Hello lovelies!! I have been super overwhelmed for the last week....
I took a break from posting for the last few days, but I am back!
The universe has a sick sense of humor, this whole last week it has been hilarious. Tons of car troubles, work drama, my house looks like a small army of frat boys live here (maybe that is what I am raising?!?!?!), a couple situations that have really tested my parenting skills, and on and on and on.....
So...instead of posting this week (which I am kicking myself for now), i spent my time unfucking my house, doodling and binge watching/listening to Grey's Anatomy/True Crime Podcasts. I am determined to work on my time management skills, this includes carving out quality "me" time.
I figured I would share my doodles with you guys! I am no artistic genius but doodling really wakes my brain up and calms me.
Music/Singing, scrubbing walls and exploring nature has a similar effect.....
What helps you recenter?? What do you do for stress relief??
