No matter how full I am, I always have room for dessert. Patisserie L is my favorite cafe in Hong Kong. But unfortunately, it close down a year ago :( This photo was taken by me a year ago. Although there were only 6 types of pies for costumers to choose, all the cakes were freshly baked by the owner everyday and they all taste very delicious.

甜品是不少人的comfort food,當然我也不例外,我很喜歡吃甜品,尤其是賣相很精緻,因為可以同時滿足味覺和視覺。Patisserie L是我很喜歡的一家甜品店,只可惜它已經結業了,这家甜品店是由一位法國藍帶出身的美女經營,店內的佈置很舒適,很有法國風情。
雖然店內甜品只有6款選擇不多,但每一個甜品都是店主早上新鮮製作,我們點了三款甜點,每一款都很好吃,也吃得出烹調者的用心。

椰子菠蘿撻Snow Mountain-椰子慕絲很清香幼滑,配上酸酸甜甜的菠蘿粒,是一款很適合夏天的甜品
法式檸檬撻Himawar-砌成花朵造型十分吸晴,花瓣是脆脆的蛋白餅,幼滑帶有果香的檸檬奶油配上脆甜的蛋白餅,酸中帶甜,很好吃
朱古力撻Chocolate Astroid Valrhona 70%-用了70%的朱古力製作,朱古力味濃郁,甜而不膩,慕絲忌廉十分幼滑
