hello steemians!! ohh dear I’ve been sick for almost a week 😷 been trying all my meds here but none of them really works for me , have colds and coughs with fever everynight. really not feeling well.
And then when I open the fridge I saw my “ Apple Cider Vinegar” and voala! after taking it for two days my sore throats and my stuffy nose just went off yehey!!! Thanks to the miracle of this Apple Cider Vinegar .
I just mixed it with warm or cold water and a 2 spoon full of apple cider vinegar every morning empty stomach ,before lunch and after dinner well thats what I like to take it hehehe... there is no difference if you like to take it anytime of the day ☺️.
If you dont like to sip it with water you can take it just a regular apple cider vinegar just make sure you can take spoon full of it direct in your mouth /throat.. but in my case i like to put it in water if you like you can add 1table spoon of honey mix it well .
there’s a lot of benefits in taking apple cider you can search it all over the internet..
so if you dont feel good you can try this .

and also one more thing it helps lower blood pressure too and for diabetic like me .. I have hypertension and diabetes type1 I am taking it too to cure it .. but not always because its also make me acidic too lol 😂... but when ever I felt something I just drink a glass of it and it help alot for me...
we all have differences maybe its good for me but others will not be good for them.. there is still a precaution if you will try to drink it.. Just consult doctors or search thru websites for more information. My doctor said that I can take Apple Cider but not for everyday drink .
