You Read My post title correct, No Title... Maybe you can help me with one after you are done reading this post? Thanks....
To think that your Legislators haven't heard of the harm the bureaucratic CPS is causing would be likened to the statement that planet earth doesn't exist. If you took the time to read my last post that included a video of what the system do, you would have no option but to see the System for what they are(though the video was even a less serious case compared to many others out there).
The idea that the system became corrupted as time unfolded would be a denial of so many facts as well. I see the system as one that is inherently flawed, not by "mistake" or error but Purposefully flawed. Carefully looking at all the legislation and welfare ACT that has been introduced, they haven't made any positive impact. What these new laws do is place more need and ease for the removal of children.
Though I might not be 100% certain with the fact above, but I believe what has happened as time unfold was planned decades ago. A nation that drains its families will become no nation!. The America we were once so proud of was the America that respected the family unit. Well, I didn't meet America in its true glory since I am just past my mid twenties, but hearing the talks of my grandfather back then and history itself, the Family institution was strong and to a large extent independent.
The progressive decadence of the welfare system became profoundly more skewed to hurting families when new ACTS flew in during the time of The then first lady Hillary Clinton. The system already was hurting families, but it got elevated to a different level during this period.

Clearer Dissection
Mary Jo Bane looks like a well accomplished woman, yeah? As a matter of fact, her life was centered on the welfare of children and was Assistant Secretary of Administration for Children and Families in the Department of Health and Human Services during Clinton's regime. But do you really know her?, what she thought about families? why one of the most draconian law happens to come from the time of Hillary?. I will leave one of Mary's statements below:
If we want to talk about equality of opportunity for children, then the fact that children are raised in families means there’s no equality…. In order to raise children with equality, we must take them away from families and communally raise them.
–Mary Jo Bane.
Did I just ruin her splendid CV?, these are the kind of people who got us to the present place we are now. People who incrementally make the Family Institution weak. We must TAKE them away from families and communally raise them?, I think that speaks for itself!.
So, the destruction of the family has been happening for decades, and those who were given the mantle to head places like the Administration for Children and Families were people who consider the family unit inconsequential, but laid more emphasis on the dis-empowerment of the only true institution that molded and shaped nations, Strong Families..

Don't for once think that your law makers ain't aware of these matters, they are more aware than we even do!. But there is a bigger picture and the purposeful mistakes we see every now and then are like road maps. In case you don't know the Act that Mary Jo and the first lady worked on, it is the ASFA 1997 Act. This act simply made DHHS(CPS) much stronger, brought parental right termination into the picture. Afterwards, the rate of parental rights termination was very very high and children where adopted out in masses. Adopted out?, my bad, I meant to say "Sold Out"!.
I Don't Have A Title To Give To This Crime Against Families, Destruction is all that comes to my mind. Well, perhaps this post already has its befitting title then.
