For those days, when you would like to eat something sweet, but do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen... I can truly recommend this pie.
It is very easy to prepare:
Mix four eggs with 160 g soft butter, 160 g sugar and the grated zest of one lemon. Add 160 g flour and a bag (5 g) baking powder. Pour the pastry in a baking pot. Dice approximately 700 g plums and nectarines and layer them on top of the pastry. Season it with cinnamon and app. 2 spoons of sugar.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake it for app. 40 minutes (test it with a needle before you take it out).
Easy, isn't it? And believe me, it's great!
