Makanan ini sangat familiar dan terkenal di wilayah Banyumas Purwokerto JawaTengah.
Makanan warisan dari leluhur nenek moyang yang turun temurun ke anak cucu cicit.
Makanan ini banyak kita temui di pasar-pasar tradisional.
Yaitu kue galundeng, bolang-baling,golang-galing,atau donat jawa.
Bahan dasar kue galundeng dari dari tepung terigu, gula pasir, garam, backing powder dan air.
Cara pembuatannya cukup mudah.
Semua bahan di aduk dan di campur selama 30 menit.
Setelah itu di diamkan hingga 10 menit,lalu di buat bulat lonjong di gulung-gulung di beri gula.
Setelah rata galundeng di goreng hingga berwarna coklat.
Warna hitam dan coklat dari gula.
Rasanya manis, gurih dan kenyal.
Ciri khas Kue galundeng luarnya keras tapi dalamnya empuk.
Harga kue galundeng cukup murah, harganya Rp. 1.000.
Murah ya?
Kue ini dinikmati pada pagi hari dengan segelas kopi.
