2معالق كبار زيت بلدية
2معالق صغار سنيدة
معلقة كبيرة خميرة فورية
نعجنوها بربع لتر حليب دافئ او اكثر حسب الخليط
الحشوة مع طريقة طبخ
نحضر صلصة طماطم ونضيفو ليها معلقة كبير موطارد
نضيف لها اللحم المفروم البقري بدون طهي مع ملح ابزار والبصل صغيرة مقطع رقيق وهو ايضا بدون طهي

نأخد القالب دائري كبير قليلا مذهون بالزيت ممكن استعمال ورق الفرن
