We have had the Hive backed dollars for more then 5 years now (former Steem backed dollars) and it looks like it is finally stable as a dollar pegged decentralized currency.
I don't personally use it for anything, but many other people might need it for their life situation, so I see it as a positive that it now looks much more stable.
