Hello photofeeders, happy Thursday. Today, I want to show you all the tip of a Platicelium leaf which grows in my backyard. This plant from the family of ferns is a bit hard to make it grow and its growth is extremely slow so it requires a lot of patience. Once adult, it basically keeps expanding itself and giving offsprings. It can grow on wood surfaces and metal as well but requires some vegetable mass under it to better stick to the surfice and keep some humidity in the roots. It is not recommendable to place it in spots under the direct sunlight especially in areas with high temperatures, I normally place it under a tree so it has some hours of sun in the morning and later stays in the shade.
