Happy Sunday Steemians!
Sunday is usually a family day for most of us, regardless of our location here on the planet. Though some have work on Sundays, this is still the day that we usually bond with our family. We go to Sunday mass, we have our family lunch or dinner. This is the best time to spend quality bonding time with our siblings and parents.

Time spent with our family is very important, some often forget the value of spending quality time with their loved ones. We all know some teenagers or yuppies(young professionals) would rather spend their weekends with their friends or colleagues going out of town or watching movies or just hanging out. But have we remembered to even give our parents our "hi" or "hello" or have we asked them "how are they doing?" A simple greeting or hug or kiss is very important. These gestures make them feel appreciated and loved.
We can never make up for lost time. It's often hard to make up if we missed those precious time with our loved ones, but it's always never to late unless they leave us forever in this lifetime. You don't want to regret this just because you never spent as much time to your parents or siblings because of too much work or because you'd rather spend your free time with your friends.
Our family will always be behind our backs, they're our wind beneath our wings. They'll support us no matter what but of course they'll also let us know if we're going astray or doing something wrong. Let our family be our first point of contact in times of adversity and trials. Our family will always be our refuge in times of storms and trials. Through thick or thin they will be our shelter.
Let's find time to spend with our family, there's a lot of activities that we can share aside from group dinner or lunch, watching movies at home, cooking or videoke will be a good bonding activity. We can make up of the lost time and catch up with what's going on each others life. How are you doing? is one of the best question that we can ask, an open ended question that can lead to a free flowing conversation!
