A Frustrated Engineer
So, before anything else, I'd like to introduce myself that I am Shane from the Philippines, 25 years old, finished Bachelor of Arts in Education 2013. One of my dreams, when I was a child, is to be a teacher, but my parents liked I'll be an engineer. When I studied college, I failed them sadly because I am so weak in algorithms. Now that I'm mature, my biggest dream is to travel around the world with a special someone and create a happy family. My wish is to become healthy because health is wealth.

The Saddest Day of My Life and How I Coped Lamentation
The loneliest moment in my life was when my father passed away. Even these days, I still dream of him but above helped me to move on. The fastest way to get over if one experiences the same is to read the bible everyday and listen to Christian songs. Since he passed away, my liking to work is gone, but with Steemit, I feel like it's going to be back. You know why I am here? Before I never met this company, I prayed that one day another door will open that'll help me recover from sadness. One day, my friend 
The Happiest Day
The happiest day of my life is when I can prove myself to my family that there are many things I can do than what they expected because for me, my achievements are not enough to prove that I am good.
My family knows me as a weak person. True, because I am very emotional. My friends don't know it but they think I am spontaneous. Certainly because our love for our family is always pure and inconsistent.
Music and Animals: Treatment for Depression
I have many hobbies and interests. I love music. It is my life.It changes my moods and strength. When I'm depressed, it is my therapy. The melody soothes my stressful day and the relatable lyrics inspire me from being so hopeless. For a feminist song, my favorites are "I'm a Survivor" and "Emotion" by Destiny's Child. I love their lyrics that empower women. However, Beyonce Knowles has two songs as a solo that "Run the World" and "Broken Hearted Girl." The messages are compelling that can captivate our soul until we can realize that we are beautiful valued. Because I am a 90s girl, I always prefer 90s and the earliest millennium songs of Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees, Blue, NSYNC, Atomic Kitten, Sclub7, Venga Boys, Ateens, and Boyzone.
I love nature and animals. I had 2 pet pigs who are Genie and Aladdin. The loneliest moment in my childhood days was when both are butchered by our evil neighborhood. I also had two hens who are MaryAnne and Marygrace. Our house has many hens and roosters and it breaks my heart when my brother sells one of them in the market or even slaughter to be served on our meal. I have 6 cats in our old house. In this new home, I have a new baby kitten "Suki." Eight years ago, "Twinkle" was my dog I treated as a baby. Suddenly, she died after a snake's attack. Now, I have 7 years old female dog that undergone spay but a mishap. Glad she's fine now and enjoys playing with "Tam" who is her sibling.
Hobbies and Interests- ART
I love fashion, sewing, book scrapping, letter cutting, and photography.
Bonus:
I love to cook in my spare time too. My most favorite dish is the Creamy Satay Sauce. Its main ingredient is jumbo shrimp basted and grilled. Its sauce is a mixed ingredient of peanut butter and garlic.

My Most Love!
My most favorite to do since I was in grade school is to write and draw. My experience, I was really obsessed with drawings and it was like having a vice where we cannot manage. If your addiction is drawing, I hope you limit yourself better because it murders our time and concentration at school. It is like my personal diary where emotions are sketched everyday. The more that we draw, the more that our sentiments are relieved and it is an achievement when other people enjoy our pieces. Though, remember to just draw in your spare time. Do not do it if your teaches discuss in front of you (like I always did). Do not do it if tomorrow is your exam. LMAO.
This is my self-portrait. I love myself so picked my face. LOL. How did I make it? Well, I am familiar with my face shape, nose, eyes, and mouth. First, I directly made lines through the black pen I got for free from M Lhuillier. Second is shading. Next is applying a color. To illuminate and add more drama, I use "LunaPic" that has more tools in sketching. In this image, myself presents her stay in Steemit. She has fantasies in her head she expects that'll be reality in the future.
Instead of crayons, watercolor, colored pencil, oil pastel, here I am using leaves and flowers. The flower above my head means I am a nature lover. To enhance and illuminate, again I am using "Lunapic" tool.
No crayon, No problem! This piece means that all things we can see around us have their uses. Our expectations in some things depend on our initiative and creativity. If we have both personalities, we can always find a way. I learned that even those leaves that fell, we think they are just messing our surroundings, but they useful. Even those decayed and dead flowers we threw from the vase was still a value.
