Who can say that they don't love a good old Pizza - this was always a guilty pleasure of mine and one that I would partake of once a week on my "Cheat Day" - until a friend and I came up with this simply superb way to enjoy Pizza.
This was a treat that we often enjoyed during our university days and a wonderful way of using up leftovers from the day before.
Ingredients:
Small Lebanese bread or Tortilla or Wrap
Grated Cheese
Salsa
Yellow pepper
Red and yellow Chilli
Tomatoes
Baby Spinach
Calamata Olives
Capers
Chicken
Origanum, black pepper, and Himalayan salt
Prepare oven to 150 degrees
Place wraps on a baking tray and coat with salsa, grated cheese, and origanum
Next Pizza style add all other chopped ingredients cut into small pieces
Place in centre of oven and bake for 10 mins and then turn heat up to 180 for the last 5 mins or alternatively place on grill for the last minute or so
... and finally relax and enjoy a taste sensation that is even better than a traditional pizza and so much healthier !!
