I love wraps and could probably eat one every day if I could .
This recipe is a cross between my home-made pizza and a plain wrap. Also inspired by and her amazing recipe last week.
Since we had salmon for dinner, I decided to make a wrap with the last piece of salmon left.
Ingredients:
1 piece of salmon grilled with lemon and spices (origanum, Himalayan salt, Cayenne pepper) and fresh lemon juice
baby spinach
halloumi cut into thin little chip shapes
green/red pepper
Fennel
Tomato slithers
All the above onto a wrap
The salmon before going into the oven
The leftover piece - crying to be made into a wrap
Pretty simple and delicious
