A bit of fun for the truthseekers.
The tale of an ordinary working bear in rhyming verse.
Imagine, if you chose to dare,
that you were born a blue-furred bear.
Your daily life remained the same,
and every day you played the game.
Then on one day, chosen by fate
your zest for life then turned to hate.
As truth allowed your eyes to see
that things were not as they should be.
For other beasts the world was free
(Except, perhaps the worker bee),
so what they captured, mostly kept
and you just bowed and paid and schlepped.
You wonder why it is this way,
that all your life you have to pay.
Another tells you what to do,
and privilege is coloured blue.
You search for ways of getting out,
tell others what its all about.
It seems to you that no-one cares
and get rebuked, or just blank stares.
And so begins another day,
with little hope and smaller pay.
The TV only shows pretence
the news as well misrepresents.
Some friends at last are found online,
who share ideas about design.
You follow down each rabbit hole
and learn the depth of your control.
The search for truth will never end,
as long as leaders just pretend.
One day we'll all get off our knees
and see the wood as well as trees.
