Hola amigos, espero hayan pasado un lindo fin de semana. Tenía tiempo que no pasaba por la comunidad 
Mi papá en vida vendía atún al mayor y al detal, es un pescado que a todos en casa nos encanta y con frecuencia lo comíamos, ya son dos años de su partida y la ingesta de este alimento ha bajado considerablemente debido a su alto costo.
Hace días el dueño, de la empresa en donde él compraba la mercancía para su negocio, le mando este atún que les muestro en las fotos, a mi mamá para que hicieran una de esas ensaladas que tanto le gustaba hacer a Jeovanny, mi papá.
Y así fue, compramos los demás ingredientes, papa, zanahoria, pimentón, cebolla, perejil, mayonesa, vinagre y su punto de sal. Mi hermano se encargó de picarlo, batallo bastante, ya que lo trajeron congelado y no pudo picarlo, al descongelarse, se puso flojo y fue peor para picarlo. Pero como pudo lo hizo.
Todo aquel proceso nos recordaba cuando el patio de la casa estaba full de estos pescados, a veces mucho más grandes y sangre por todos lados, mientras que sus ayudantes lo ayudaban en la faena. Ya que por lo general él lo vendía salado y eso lleva todo un proceso.
Bueno, una vez que lo picaron, se sancochó una parte, luego se desmenuzó. Aparte se picaron todos los ingredientes y se sancocharon las papas y las zanahorias. Luego frío todo se mezcló y se aderezó con la mayonesa, el vinagre y la sal.
Quedó bien sabrosa, esta ensalada es muy popular en las celebraciones, cumpleaños y cuanto compartir se hacía en casa, a todos nos gusta y mi papá era el que se encargaba de darle el toque para que quedara deliciosa, todavía nos falta para llegarle a su sazón, pero mientras que se pueda la seguiremos haciendo en su honor.
