Hola amigos de la comunidad #Foodies Bee Hive ,espero que se encuentren bien . Hoy le traigo una receta super sencilla, pero deliciosa es un contorno que acompaña muy bien las proteinas, lo puedes hacer para compartir con amigos y familiares en reuniones ,fiestas o una comida especial en casa.

INGREDIENTES:
MACARRONE 2 TAZAS.
ARROZ 2 TAZA.
ACEITE 2 CUCHARADAS.
SAL.
AJO.
CILANTRO.
INGREDIENTS
MACARRONE 2 CUPS.
RICE 2 CUP.
OIL 2 TBSP.
SALT.
GARLIC.
CORIANDER.
En un cadero caliente agrega el aceite ,luego añade el cilantro y el ajo triturado a freir.
In a hot pan add the oil, then add the cilantro and crushed garlic to fry.
Añade los macarrones sofrie un poco hasta que doren bien y después el arroz también debe dorarlo .
Add the macaroni and fry it a little until it browns well and then the rice should also brown.
Integrado los macarrones y el arroz bien doradito con el ajo y el cilantro .

En una olla con 4 taza de agua y sal lo calientas en la cocina y lo añades al arroz con macarrones remueve, tapa y deja que se cocine a fuego lento.

Listo los macarrones y arroz frito con ajo y cilantro ,este queda suelto y delicioso lo puedes acompañar con proteinas y ensaladas o con lo que ustedes prefieran.
