Here is voting list updated today (23/5/2018). For some reasons, Mr. Dang has taken some accounts out of the list to create more vacancies for the newcomers.
The ones who have been taken out of the list may fall into the special cases below:
1. They may be the old ones who have joined Steemit for a long time and got the pretty good payout.
2.They may be the ones who are very good at English and writing. They have found their own way to keep going on well on Steemit.
