At this level in life, i at least that there are many things in life which should be stay secrets and only you know it. Those aren't to publish in public as public doesn't deserve know everything in our life and out of all those things i think our salaries shouldn't be there to announce in public, it doesn't matter what's the reason but salaries shouldn't be announced for Public.

Why salaries should be secret!!!
There are many factors which a person have to face after telling the salaries in public just like for a single post some people get good payment while some get not good payment so there's an argument between those two that we're doing the same thing but we doesn't get the same and such debates increase the argument.
Telling our salaries in public tell people about our daily wages and monthly wages and then people start to estimate about our finances which i think should be personal as finance's is the personal thing because people only can see the salaries but the whole story isn't about salaries as it's about something else like how much hour a person do work. It's just like that people don't see your hard work but do gossips because of your outcome.
Also the story isn't finished at the salaries there's also some extra bonus, over time which a person give to their work. So, if you really want to publish the salaries publicly then also tell the all story behind the salary of a person because it's something for which a person work or over work.
At the end, there's also a point come in my mind as the current situation of our government who put tax on each thing like tax on your house and other things. I wonder that government also introduce the tax on specific watch time on YouTube and what if someday after telling salaries publicly, our government announced to get 10% tax from each salary because you're working in the country. It doesn't matter if you're working in a private or government company but you've to pay tax. So, that's all thought came into my mind which says to me it should be personal.
There could be one thing that those who get some extra pay after having some references maybe that system will work out in a fine way and maybe the corrupt system could be fine too but still many people have flaws and also have good things or good qualities in them. If we're talking about Hve to there's a transparency in system but sometimes I really think that what if government put taxes on having certain cryptocurrency im our wallet and that's just a fear and nothing else lol.
