Ingredients:
- 1 salmon cup of Mung beans
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece onion
- 3 pieces of tomatoes
- daing or dried fish
- 3-5 cups of water
- salt
First, we have to rinse the mung beans thoroughly then add it onto a boiling water. Then cook the mung beans in an uncovered cauldron for about 40 minutes. You may like to check it every after 10-15 minutes to make sure that it has still enough water or you need to add more if it's close to dry out.
In a big pan, saute the garlic. You may notice that I used the untouched garlic. It is for me to be able to distinguish it once the menu is ready to serve.
Then add the cut onions.
Followed by the sliced tomatoes.
When the tomatoes look soft, it's time to add the dried fish. This time I tried to make use of dried fish instead of meat. Just to sustain my craving and also due to its affordability in the market.
Add the cooked mung beans, removed from its boiled water, and allow the mixture to simmer together for about 5-7 minutes.
Then add 3-5 cups of water into the pan. Make sure to estimate it that the pan will be able to contain its proportion. Now season it with salt and adjust it based on your liking.
When you have already attained your desired taste, it's time to serve it on the table while it's hot.
Happy eating and enjoy! ❣🤤
As I'm so in love with photography and already had have various collections of #animals , #nature , #plants , #foods , #travel , #sunsets , #sunrise , and so much more, I want to share all of them for the world to see how so blessed we are to still have the chance to get hold of them and take a good look at them. We may have seen them everyday but what's the great things when it comes to God's creation was that it stays unique on each of every days.
I hope to see one of yours and it will be my pleasure to upvote it once seen worthy. 😍🥰
Thanks for passing by and Godspeed! :)
May the force be with us.
