When people ask me what is your favorite European city, I always say, Lisbon. Compared to other big European cities, the pace of life is very slow in Lisbon. Time seems standing still, everyone keeps an old and peaceful lifestyle. Their life flow softly, not too hasty not too slowly.
Portuguese are also very friendly as well, and compared to the rest of Southern Europe, people who live in Lisbon generally speak very fluent English.
Of course, for me the main attraction of Lisbon is still the Portuguese food, which is my favorite European food.
我跟很多人说过里斯本是我最爱的欧洲城市，因为城市节奏很慢，时光像是凝固了一样，大家都守着那一份古老的祥和安稳的过日子，葡萄牙人也很友善，对于整个南欧来说，里斯本的英语普及率也很高。
当然里斯本最吸引我的原因还是葡萄牙美食，葡萄牙美食可以说是我最爱的欧洲食物了。
Because of the location of Portugal, the country abounds in seafood. The style how they cook seafood is very similar with Chinese cooking style, such as Portuguese seafood rice, which is made out of shrimp, shellfish, squid and rice. The seafood rice is very big, two people just have to order half pot of it, I must say it is very cost-effective.
葡萄牙靠海所以盛产海鲜，海鲜品种也是极为丰富。他们对于海鲜的做法跟中国也有些相似，比如海鲜粥，由虾、贝类、鱿鱼和米饭放石锅里一起炖煮，味道非常浓郁。有点像我们中餐里的海鲜石锅粥。海鲜粥分量很大，两个人点半分都很多，可以说是非常划算了。
At present, Time out market becomes a landmark in Lisbon, which was founded by Time out magazine. It selects the best restaurants in Lisbon and they change the restaurant regularly.
It contains Portuguese food, Chinese food, Japanese food, hamburgers, seafood. Among them, my favorite is the Portuguese egg tart, which is the best egg tart I have ever tasted in Lisbon.
Time out market如今已经成为了里斯本的一个地标，它由time out杂志创办的，里面精选了全里斯本最棒的餐厅，并且不定期更新。里面集合了葡萄牙本土菜、中餐、日料、汉堡、海鲜等等餐饮，当然还有小型酒吧。其中我最喜欢的是葡萄牙蛋挞，是我在里斯本吃过最好吃的蛋挞了，不甜不腻，外脆里嫩。

Today I wanna share with you guys about my Lisbon food experience.
There are always some small markets in Rossio square, in the summer there is an open market and in the winter there is an inside market which build with plastic shelter. When we were there, we also caught a small market, they have Portuguese traditional food, roast pork and all kinds of cheese.
在里斯本广场经常有一些小市场，夏天的时候是露天市场，冬天直接搭塑料棚子。我们去的时候正好赶上了一个小市场，里面也都是葡萄牙传统美食，有烤猪肉、各类芝士。
