Let's work backwards. We had an impromptu game night tonight where we played Phase 10 and Euchre. The girls lost, and the guys beat us handily. We also indulged in some fettuccine alfredo, garlic bread, and brownies.
Earlier I had a busy day at the salon doing a bunch of brows.
Now, ti this morning. We had a partner workout that I could seem to sneak in any pics or videos of the movements.
It was an ascending ladder. We started with 20 pullups, then 40 burpees and 20 pullups again. You keep adding movements and repeating rounds for about 6 rounds total.
The final round was
120 box jumps
100 deadlifts (95#)
80 kettle bell swings(53#)
60 Jerks (95#l
40 burpees
20 pullups
I took about 40 minutes, and I didnt quite finish. I did snap 1 pic while waiting to do jerks. I use my tank top to protect my collar bone.
I meant to go in a run today, but it just didnt happen. Now, here it is after 11pm at night, so I will try again tomorrow.
