I am doing an 8 week challenge with the gym. It is all about fat loss and muscle gain amd not just weight loss. We have 10 tasks to do in addition.
Today, I decided to spend my time at the gym doing my 250 calories on the bike and 250 calories rowing.
It was quite the sweat session. I split it up between a couple bikes since they had different seats.
When I got to the row, I was tired so my pace was a little slower. I started doing 10-15 cals and then walking the floor. Once I started that, it felt more like interval training and my pace and sweat increased a lot.
I went home and spent 3 hours cleaning in the kitchen instead of my jog. Then I had errands to run with kid activities. Long, busy days keep me from snacking all day though. Ibalso portioned out food into the new Tupperware I just bought.
You eat less treats when you see the actual serving size! Well, for today anyway.
